What is Your Mission?
This is obviously a tense time for many of us and I feel reluctant to use this specific week as an opportunity to share my personal philosophy. But I feel that staying connected to my mission is what keeps me hopeful and resilient, and if even a single person can benefit from this message, then I will feel it was worth it.
I believe that everyone has something unique to offer the world, and it is my purpose to empower as many people as possible to realize their potential. There are moments with clients when I see a light bulb go off in their head. Their energy shifts and they start to lean in. I know they are seeing a glimpse of what they are capable of and a little door of possibility has opened in their mind.
It is in these moments that I know I’m doing the work I was meant to do. These moments of insight may seem small but I know they are the beginning of a larger ripple effect. The more of us that are on the path of personal excellence, the greater impact we will have on the people and communities around us.
I know many of us are struggling to make sense of the world right now, but, at the risk of sounding super cheesy, I use this message as a reminder that we still have the power to make a positive impact by working on becoming the best version of ourselves. And this starts with identifying our personal mission.
Do you know what your mission is?
